Very shady company. Having to sue them to get my money back after they cancelled the contract.
We've had a great experience with Granite Depot of Knoxville so far. Wayne was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the selection and ordering process. He made everything easy to understand and never made us feel rushed. We're looking forward to the installation and would definitely recommend them based on the excellent customer service we've received so far. We'll update this review with photos once everything is installed!
Building my first house and chose to work with Becky and team over at Granite Depot of Knoxville - Maryville location even though my builder usually works with a different provider. I CHOSE RIGHT. My counters and backsplash are stunning--beyond my original vision! And I can't rave about the install crew and service provided enough! They are communicative, careful, and efficient.
