From our initial meeting with Becca in Maryville all the way through installation, the entire process was seamless and nothing short of perfect! The entire team made the experience enjoyable and the end result was exactly what we wanted!
Decided on a kitchen makeover. After new appliances and cabinet refacing, only thing left was countertops. Based on reviews, went with Granite Depot. We couldn't be happier. Becca was great to work with. Installers were thorough and did an outstanding job of on the site fabrication around our range. One minor issue was addressed and rectified promptly. Lots of compliments from friends and neighbors. Highly recommend for quality workmanship and fair prices. Their customer service does not disappoint!
Since we wanted to incorporate natural stone into our home, we decided to give granite Depot a try. We were pleased with the selection of beautiful products. On my first visit there, I was greeted by Kimberly on a very cold blustery day. She was patient and helpful as I began to look. I have called several times with questions and we’ve been back to look on another very cold day; and she was always helpful and courteous as we made our selection. We can’t wait to enjoy these natural beauties in our home soon!
Kimmie at Granite Depot was absolutely fantastic! She never rushed me or pressured me. If I asked a question she wasn't 100% sure of, she didn't guess or try to give me the answer I "wanted" to hear; she tracked down the factual answer and gave it to me so I could make an informed decision. She was very sweet and very personable.
Great customer service. We are very happy with our new kitchen granite.
