Building my first house and chose to work with Becky and team over at Granite Depot of Knoxville - Maryville location even though my builder usually works with a different provider. I CHOSE RIGHT. My experience with Granite Depot of Knoxville was great on every level. Each person of the staff I worked with provided knowledgeable and helpful advice on design choices and product information. They made the shopping experience fun and kept my budget in mind as well. Lastly, they did a superior job on my installation which had challenges and went a long way to show off the skills of the team. Overall, I am very impressed and satisfied with this wonderful team.
I won’t say what chain I got granite counter tops from last summer, but this place was a night and day difference in terms of customer service!! From the day we picked out a counter top they had them installed a week later, the turn around time was shocking. The template was taken with a laser and they fit exceptionally well. I would highly recommend them and believe this is more now a business should operate. They did what they said they would in a short time period and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

No, that is not in the contract. What is in the contract is pictured below. Update, they just sent me a letter saying they would refund me my money minus almost $400 for templating and admin fee, this company is a scam. Run!!! This is literally more than the template on the contract. Very dissatisfied with this company so far. Sent a layout of my kitchen and their new guy underestimated the countertop needed by 4sq ft and expected me to come up with the difference.
