We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They helped us choose the perfect granite countertops, answered all our questions, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Very shady company. Having to sue them to get my money back after they cancelled the contract.
We've had a great experience with Granite Depot of Knoxville so far. Wayne was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the selection and ordering process. He made everything easy to understand and never made us feel rushed. We're looking forward to the installation and would definitely recommend them based on the excellent customer service we've received so far.
