I attempted three times to get someone to come out to give me an in-home estimate. As of this review, it’s been over three weeks and I’ve yet to get one, let alone any reply from Granite Depot except for one. I put in my contact info on the website and was contacted by a guy a couple of days later by text - screenshot attached. After the second attempt to get an estimate and hearing nothing, I went back to the website and put in my info again. That was a week and a half ago. Still nothing. So for the second time in a row, I used this company. The first project was two bathroom counter installs. The last one was a complete kitchen counter with center island and sink installation. The first job they showed up at dark and had to do fabricating outside with portable lights, but the job came out good so no complaints.. This time they showed up at 4:30 in the afternoon and didn’t leave until 9:30 at night. Several issues this time.
