Go somewhere else!! Nothing but problems. Just when I think I’m paid in full they come back requesting more and more $$. They won’t supply me with an itemized list of costs. There are no refunds even though they keep asking me for more money and changing our contract/ increasing costs because they forgot this or forgot that… when measuring discovered we didn’t need certain things they had already charged us for but don’t give refunds. Very incompetent!!! Very hard to deal with. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Money grab company
Granite Depot has beautiful product but they are TERRIBLE at customer service. Not only did they over sell me, but when I wanted the nearly full slab left over..they couldn't be bothered. First they missed a part of my kitchen that was on the plans...then in order to get it done..I had to pay for it AGAIN. I paid twice to get my own property installed. Went to Granite Depot to look at their counters and cabinets for a bathroom/kitchen remodel recently. Could not get anyone to help us. We walked around a lot and had lots of time to see what they had. We actually thought we picked a counter material out and started looking at the cabinets. But again, no one to help us. AVOID. There are plenty of other Granite and cabinet companies in town! Extremely poor service - lack of responses when requested and treatment by the owner were almost unspeakable - laced with profanities. Kitchen remodel has been ongoing since Sept. 2020. It is not Feb. 2021. So many problems, very little customer service resolutions. They seem to not want to deal with problems. I signed the contract, so I get blamed for measurements.
