The staff is generally nice but my issue(s) rest with the branch manager directly, and for more than one reason. I'm sure they'll know exactly who I am for leaving this review as well. (1) I received a check where the issuing party unfortunately included my wife's name in the payee line. There was no "and/or", it simply listed both our names, yet in the memo line clearly identified myself as the intended recipient. Used to be a good location. Now the customer service is terrible. The drive up window is always closed. Walk in and there is usually 1 teller with a long line. Today was a new high, 2 tellers both fighting that they are too busy to help me. Stood waiting for someone. Someone came out of an office also saying they are busy. I just wanted to deposit a check. Something that their old foreign ATM doesn't do (only does cash deposit and withdrawals) and once I finally got help the lady was rude, didn't explain well and then deposi... read more
