Cesar help us do a money market wire transfer to Texas. I have previously gone to another credit union for the same thing and it took close to an hour. Cesar had it done in a matter of minutes. Everything was correct unlike the other place who made three different mistakes that we had to redo and so hang onto Cesar he is a valuable employee to have at granite credit union!

The staff is generally nice but my issue(s) rest with the branch manager directly, and for more than one reason. I'm sure they'll know exactly who I am for leaving this review as well. (1) I received a check where the issuing party unfortunately included my wife's name in the payee line. There was no "and/or", it simply listed both our names, yet in the memo line clearly identified myself as the intended recipient.
