I have been there for over 40 years. Very pleased!
I love Granite CU, but I'd suggest avoiding Taylorsville branch if you want professional, helpful, or friendly service. Several employees starting (and particularly) the branch manager have a "just doing my job" attitude. No greetings, much less a smile. Sadly, Evelyn Atwood who was really efficient and friendly was at this branch only temporarily; now she has own branch. I go there when I can.
The last couple of times I’ve come into this branch, some of the employees have been dressed real casually. One employee that had an office (a higher-up) was in a hoodie, jeans, and tennis shoes with no makeup and a ponytail! In a bank, I expect to see people dressed professionally. It doesn’t instill confidence in patrons that employees take their important job of protecting our funds seriously when they’re dressed like they’re hanging out at home.
I'm very grateful for Granite Credit Union and the staff , they are wonderful ! Especially David @ the Taylorville Branch , He is AMAZING !!! Thank you guys for being so awesome :) FIVE STARS ☆☆☆
