A $15 fee added to every load coming out of thier sites? I've spent thousands with this company over the years, hiring out larger deliveries and hauling smaller loads myself with a personal truck and trailer. With this new fee, smaller loads have effectively doubled in price. They call it an "environmental fee," yet Washington State’s Department of Ecology has no knowledge of it.
