I’m a trucker, today working for a private company. According to my dispatch I supposed to pick up a load of broken concrete at 6:00 a.m but due my sinus congestion in the morning I got late by 35 minutes. When reached at Santa Clara plant I couldn’t find loader there to load my truck. After waiting 10 minutes I drove to weigh master room. As a resident who stays right across the road, we are sick of the smoke and waste emitted from this plant. Our house, window sill, and flooring is permanently covered with a thin black layer of dust. I would encourage the owner to make their permits clearly visible on their website with clear certification marks.
