Everytime I tried to walk in they say it's 3 hr wait when no one is there if so it's like maybe two people in the waiting room. They are very rude you can tell they don't like their jobs which is very sad because that's the job you chose was to have compassion and actually care for people and they don't. You can never get through when you call them if you do they instantly put you on hold every time I try to make an appointment online it says nothing is available no matter what time rather it's video or a in person appointme... read more
Arrived at 740pm with my daughter who had a sore throat. Three lazy ladies sitting at the front desk, one black lady claiming that they are done for the day and is wrapping up service for one customer in the back. I said, but the sign says till 8pm and she said like I said we aren’t taking no more people today. Why work at a place to help sick people if you aren’t about that mission statement. Find a job that you are actually happy with. God is definitely watching.
Horrible. Walked in with 6 lazy people sitting at the desk. The one person that did try to help was amazing. Definitely won’t be back.
Very positive experience. Minimal wait. Kristin the Nurse Practitioner was great!
