Dr Jeff Nelson has multiple corrective actions on his record from the board. I wish I would have had that knowledge before trusting him with my dog. My dog passed away hours after being discharged from his care as being in stable and good condition. I received her lab and he discharged her with a glucose level of 29. That’s what Jeff Nelson considers stable and good condition. I’d go elsewhere.

Two times I have had a prescription for my dog filled and I go in and they give a different formulary with a jacked up price knowing I have to take it or my dog will die. Last time they offered to get me through until my prescription came with a few pills. When I got there, they charged me more for a few pills than my 30 day prescription cost.
