I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this dealership. I walked in on a Saturday morning just planning to browse and test drive a Nissan Kicks—but to my surprise, I was driving off the lot in my new vehicle within an hour! Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. It took them over a month to pay off my previous loan for the vehicle I traded in, causing more interest, payments etc that I had to pay out of my own pocket. The informed me that my vehicle was detailed, which it was not, etc etc etc with the issues. Then they are still harassing me 2 months later for money they say I owe them. They must be joking.
