Back Story: Last year (2023) we hosted a party and reached out to several bounce house rental companies. Granite City Jump was reasonably priced and they did the delivery and the pick up and seemed ideal for what we were looking for. At first, they were friendly and everything was mostly fine except for trying to get them paid. There were kids pushing spitting all over the place a kid was sticking his hand in his pants and wiping it on the walls and stuff and when I went to complain to the lady she looked around to see who it was but just went back to the register and completely forgot about it .
