Your people at the Plymouth, MA location need to be "re-educated" in customer service. I went to your location to order a custom light bulb on October 16th and was told by your sales person (Russ) That they did not have it in stock but that I could check with a local hardware store. As they did not have it I called him back and left a message on his dedicated line. I then went back on the following Monday to confirm that they had placed the order.
