A semi ran off 52 and then over corrected kicking a number of large chunks of asphalt the size of softballs and 3 hit my new Ioniq 5. Granite City Collision made it look new again for a very reasonable price! The folks that helped me were all so nice to deal with. Communication is fantastic. Great experience with them. Highly recommend.
Since I value honesty and integrity, I will never go here again and will tell others to avoid this shop as well. My insurance offered this shop as a place to get my car damages assessed. So I dropped it off on the customer side of the building by driving it there myself. After they claimed my car as totaled and itemized all the damages, I went to pick it up as I bought it back and determined I could make the repairs myself at a fraction of what Granite City quoted. Had my truck repaired after a deer hit, super fast repair Clara’s communication and customer service through whole process was fantastic. Truck came out perfect tech did awesome job.
