My experience with granit center in Lenexa was excellent from start to finish! Used GC to replace countertops/sinks in master bath, 4 secondary baths and large basement bar. (GC did not do any tile or plumbing work as part of this project) Process to identify quote and pricing was simple. Product selection was excellent and pricing extremely competitive. Finished product is beautiful and tear out/install completed quickly and with excellent attention to detail. Will use them again if/when I have another granite project.
Knowledgeable, helpful and patient sales people. Would recommend to anyone and will return for future needs.

I am happy with my granite countertops and would adivse that if Jerry is involved in your project, it will come out well. I had a negative experience with my backsplash and terrible customer service when I complained. There were problems from the beginning (measuring errors) all the way to completion (poor attention to detail). Then, the owner, Jerry, got involved, and he personally did his best to make it right. I cant say enough negative things about this company, The plumbers(only one of them spoke English) cut a line they shouldnt have a flooded my finished basement. I contacted the owner, John, said his guys said I did it! I am sure these so called plumbers are not licensed and dont know anything about plumbing. They are dishonest as well as the owner. John refused to turn the claim into his insurance company and wouldnt give me his insurance information. I double they even have insurance. I am having to pay for repairs with the... read more
Great product, awful service.agree with first reviewer, why call customer back after you have there money.
Once they have your final payment don't expect any service. We are unable to open one of the drawers in our kitchen because of a faulty install. They keep telling us the "boss" will call us but that never happens.
