Be careful with having them waist your time. I came in on a Monday to purchase a granite countertop and was told my Roberto to drive to the wholesale yard in Orange county and pick out a slab.. Spent Tuesday picking out the slab. Came back in on Wed for a price but Roberto wasn't able to produce one, said he'd email it to me. Called me Thursday to talk about the slab I picked out. Said he send me a quote via email. Friday no quote. Called him after the weekend on Monday and of course he said he'd send over the quote... read more
Came in on a Monday and met Roberto to purchase a granite countertop for my kitchen. He told me to pick out the slab I wanted from the whole seller in Orange County. On Tuesday I did as he said. Wed i came back to the Pasadena store to get a price. Told me he'd email it to me.. Thursday he called me to say he's working on it. Called him Fri, says he'll send the quote but never did.. Alot of talk and going over the project for nothing.
