Granite By Design's professional team took our project on and delivered beyond expectations. Communication is key when working on project. Lei is a great communicator! She took this project on as if it were her house. I brought in sample bathroom tiles, cabinet colors and she walked me through ALL of their inventory and picked out options that would complement. I highly recommend Granite by Design. The expertise of the skilled craftsmen who cut and installed our countertops was exceptional, producing well seated and beautiful countertops for our kitchen. The two men who came to our house were polite and focused on their work, as well as cleaned up as they worked and when the job was complete. Granite by Design was absolutely fantastic. Cindy, the office manager, was top notch from understanding our needs to making sure everything was taken care of. The installation team was on time and very professional. There work was second to none. For any countertops, they are definitely number 1
We had a terrible experience with Granite by Design and would not recommend them. We hired them through our general contractor to fabricate and install our marble countertops and slab backsplashes. We purchased three full slabs from another supplier so we could match veining and create a seamless look. At their design center, we worked with Lea on the layouts to ensure we could visualize the final design, use our desired slab for the island, and ensure all pieces and veining would line up.
