The diagnostic and repair service was quick; my truck's AC was fixed before I had to make 3-hour trip towing a camper in 100+ degree weather. I am very grateful for the service! There were brief communication issues that were promptly resolved. Your team was professional and proactively prioritized my repair.
After one and a half hours, We went to check on our vehicle. We were told they sent us a text about our air cleaner 20 minutes ago, but they didn’t hear back from us. We were in the waiting room. Who checks their texts all the time. I guess they were too lazy to walk out to the waiting room.
I arrived a bit early, but they got me right in, completed the service which yielded me more available time to finish other errands I had that day.
