Without any question or hesitation, Granite Brothers is the absolute Worst company we have ever tried to do business with. They were so unprofessional, so insensitive, so difficult to even talk to after they got their money it just defies comprehension. They used substandard materials, they wouldn’t return phone calls, they refused to honor their contract - it has been terribly frustrating and disappointing. I would not even recommend them to a worst enemy. Avoid the Granite Brothers no matter what.
DO NOT USE!!! Without question they are the absolute worst people I have ever tried to do business with. I could write a book of how dissatisfied we are. Then when we tried to get problems fixed then their complete lack of customer service quickly became apparent. I would strongly recommend against any association with this sham of a company. We are presently looking at legal options.
Working with Granite Brothers on my kitchen and bathroom remodels has been one of the most pleasurable experiences. From the moment you walk into their office, they treat you like family. September is a true gem!! She made the selection process fun & easy. Her daughter, Dakota, was in training, but still was very helpful. Jeff arrived to my house well within the time frame I was given, and his brother, Luke, did an amazing job installing everything. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!!
