Disappointing customer service. No show at the warehouse after agreed upon meet time. When confronted about it, owner did not apologize and claimed that the customer was at fault. After going 30 minutes out of my way and not receiving any redeeming service, will not be giving this place another try.
Owner is rude on the phone. No patience. EDIT: he doesn't understand English well. I was not asking for any discount on the 2 square feet on the kitchen sink. I was simply describing my project since he was incredibly confused. Unfortunate, because his random estimate was thousands lower than we would have been willing to pay for quality work. Unfortunate that he doesn't know how to treat people with respect.
After a disastrous experience with StoneTek we had a great experience with Julian and GBP. I send him a message and he responded quickly. He kept me informed as to when he could come and measure and he installed the countertop when he said he would. His pricing was reasonable as well. So many companies are slow to respond, don't respond at all, or only respond after a negative review.
