So I don’t often leave reviews, but in this case, I felt it was necessary, so here is my story. The gentleman that I own and run this shop, are a family, maybe not by blood, but by their integrity and work ethic. Each one of the people I spoke and talked to and dealt with on site at the job were absolutely professional and so kind. Maybe alright, I don't know since I submitted a quote request on their website several days ago and no reply. Even reaching out to say they can't do the job would have been nice. Oh well, I'm sure there is another company willing to do the job.

I called mid-morning, luckily they had time available and had three chips repaired by 2:15pm in the afternoon. They were able to work me in earlier than their initial time estimate, but because I was not looking for their call, I missed it and it went to vm. The technician was good enough to keep trying until he contacted me so I appreciate his persistence. The price they charged was exactly what they quoted over the phone.

Granite Bay Mobile came out to fix my windshield for my Toyota Tacoma. I was very impressed with their fast and efficient service. Great quality and friendly service too. I highly recommend.
