If there was an option for negative stars, Granite Motors would deserve it. We brought our daughter’s 2016 Buick (with give or take 75,000 miles) into their service department because the check engine light kept coming on. The service writer told us the turbo was the problem and that it was covered by warranty. We were shocked, so we asked THREE different times if he was certain. Since they changed there Military Policy I will not do business whether online or in person. I'm a Gulf Storm Vet and call all Vets to do the same
Salesman delivered the vehicle dirty with mud on the floor mats with a bone dry gas tank. Never got a thank you for your business. Salesman acted like he was doing me a favor
