Very poor communication and customer service. It took about a month (left several voivemails) to finally get in contact with someone to schedule an assessment of the job. We were told they had another job in the area and could stop by sometime during the job. No set time was established. It's almost as if these guys don't want your money. Stopped in to get a quote and was told to go outside and pick some stone, or to go to the website. Never got a quote because I was told their stock constantly changes, and there weren't any samples on the website. The customer service could really use some attention and improvement.

weeks of phone tag and never returned messages, missed appointments they turned around in driveway for the second appointment and left without bidding the job. May or may not do great work, however communication is lacking at best.
