It was all good until last week when I found out they were closing. Been since last June trying to get new dentures and now down to everything done except extractions and dentures have been ordered and they are closing? That's some shit! Anybody know the exact names of the dentists there? Saw someone different ever time I was there. Thinking lawsuit. Now I can't get in anywhere till May and it's in East St. Louis.
I was not properly checked in last week for my appointment. Instead of accepting responsibility for the error, Tabitha (front desk) blamed it on broken equipment in their office causing her to lose focus. They had to reschedule me for the next week, causing me to find a babysitter for my 11 month old son AGAIN. Poor service so far. Hopefully they can change my opinion.
