Joe had my Hayward pool filter taken from my property without my permission. When I confronted him about it he threatened me and called me profane names. He claimed that repairs to it were needed that required the entire filter component to be put on a machine. He did no such repairs as he was claiming when I spoke with him that a new cap had to be ordered. He committed grand larceny for taking my pool filter without my permission.
