I had a window that was out of the track. Grangier came over and fixed it for me. I was shown how to fix it if it happened again. And I was not charged a penny for the service. That tells me a lot about a company. Of course if I do need any windows in the future, they would be the first ones I'd call. Thank you Brian!
Don't do business here. You have been warned. Purchased 3 windows from Grainger glass in sellersburg, to replace a clients windows. The client was very pleased with the result until the windows were cleaned, (like they need to be after installation.) There was fabricating debris on the windows (from poor quality glass making) and it causd a scratch on the window. I contacted Grainger to refund the window and they said they can't warranty that.
