While battling with depression I became an inpatient at this unit after a suicide attempt, despite only being at the unit for 12hrs, Dr Noel Crockett discharged me to go home and make another attempt. Within hours of being out I overdosed and was taken to A&E, I was then detained under the Mental Health Order by another psychiatrist, then was discharged again by Dr Crockett with no follow up in the community or support.
