Excellent location, very central near Broadbeach bowls club, walking distance to everything including beach coffee , café, corner convenience stores. Rooms are very dated need some maintenance, but tidy and indicated on pricing. Its good value for a family of 4 like hours made for a cheap holiday. Compared to all other accommodations in Broadbeach. I would stay again definitely.
My sister and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We Will definitely be back. We loved the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well. It was clean, and close to everything. Perfect for what we needed, and for our holiday. Happy Customers
