Avoid at all costs. Gave car keys and the issue was not even identified and wanted me to pay £100 as a deposit. Deposit for what? Had my car for 5 days and every day I would call and no calls would be returned. I then had to go to the garage in person and was told it would be done tomorrow... Eventually had to argue just to get my keys back.

I booked my car in this garage there had me waiting about for two hours so went back in to see want was happening the owner of the garage said nothing getting done today he said come back tomorrow so I thought to myself he’s never moved out of his chair I wouldn’t never waste my time going back to this garage again as it was just for a mot for him to sit in the chair another day no chance

Have been a customer here for years until recently. I originally went here to get an oil leak fixed they had me back over 3 days without anything being fixed. That’s 3 days of my work cancelled. On the 2nd day They told me everything had been sorted and charged me £40 for the repair. I asked them for a receipt and they completely fobbed me off. Went back when I seen the problem was still there and they said to bring it back. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Third day one of the guys in there had fixed my step at the back ... read more
