The man at the loading dock was annoying. They loaded it quickly, but waited 1.5 hours for the documents.

I checked in at 12:30 p.m. and I did not leave the facility till 8:30 p.m.

It took 2 hours to unload me. There were a few trucks ahead of me. The lady at the security office was nice. Dock 9A and 9B are easy to back.

We arrived at 10:00am and did not get loaded until 5:30pm. The porta potty provided for drivers in staging area was packed full of feces. Seat cover was covered in feces also. After waiting 3 hours guard said it would be 1 hour and a half additional wait. My wife asked if she could go get coffee. Then they proceeded to send a text to my phone while I was sleeping. Betsy from guard shack I apologize if my communication about the unusable conditions of the Porta potty and checking in on our load status upset you. If you had communicated about the machinery being brokedown I would have contacted my boss to see if he could find us a different load. You did not disclose anything about the broken equipment until my last call to you at 2:42pm. You stated it would be at least another hour and a half.
