check in 12:00 to 5:00 waited at the staging area, then in line for almost 4 hours where you can't even take a nap because you're in line now 10:30 pm I'm still here. They don't care about the drivers' schedule. Extremely disorganized AVOID AVOID AVOID
Took them 6 hrs to load. Check in 2pm Out 8 pm. No washrooms available at site Guard shack were nice other than that 0 star
Dry van pick up Checked in 10:24 am Checked out 2:14pm
Lady at guard shack was nice and pleasant. Should have been first clue. From first call to leaving the dock was 81/2 hours. Will not be back. Let all the cheap freight haulers deal with this.
