Great appointment!
Check in clerk made an error-failed to notify Dr of my presence-waited 45 min. In the meantime I asked two nurses about my appointment-no response. Made a second stop at the check in clerk-sent note to Dr but didn’t acknowledge the error. Still waited 15 min. Dr sent me to get blood work-waited again for 30 min. while nurses had lunch together-unacceptable!!!!

Okay the surgery that was done on me by the team was way more than I was expecting and now that I am still healing from has made me happy as can be, thank you all very much I can't wait to see.how.much more I will be fealing better still!!
