Nice place to live, but price has gotten high for a retirement park and the new owners only care about their bottom line.
Everyone's places looked so great for the holidays. Now the frozen temperatures have taken over, but it is good to see people are still out and about.
I think I already told you, the street lamp on the corner by the community center needs replaced. Also that raid construction 🚧 is being done, so drive careful in the nieghbourhood. Such a lovely place though. I live the yards, so nicely done and pretty flowers etc.
This is a beautiful place for seniors to live. However, their rent was just raised $50! To some, that may not seem a lot. However, when one is living on a very limited income, that is a huge amount! It's not like people suddenly become seniors and have no bills. Oftentimes, this is when the medical bills start accumulating and cost associated with being older. It bothers me that the elders of our society are not treated with more respect. Just my two cents.
