Ideal location, close yo The Woodlands. It is an area that will have a boom in just a few years, which means equity. Century Communities is a very good builder. They build a solid house, plus the construction manager that they have is very detail oriented. The warranty team at Century Communities is very efficient as well.

Cheap moldy homes. They lie to everyone and rip them off. They don't care. All these houses were built poorly with cheap materials and appliances. Your brand new home will look 20 years old in two years from all the black mold growth from the furnace and the outside units not being big enough for the homes, bad installations, bad a/c ventilation, no rain gutters, cheap thermostats, cheap everything, and no insulation in the exterior walls.
