I came in for a routine study and left with a chronic issue that caused me pain for over a year and I'm now recovering from a reconstructive surgery that I'm paying for out of pocket! Avoid!
They rush us to do our test and labs! Because “time is of the essence” so when you call back days at a time and leave several messages I don’t hear back! Front desk says sorry they’re short handed. If time is of the essence why should the patient suffer because you guys are short handed? Dr Caputo specifically asked me to call him right away to let him know scan were completed. I wish I could say I had a good experience, but saw the Dr. for 15 minutes first time, got a prescription. Then they charged me for an appointment I didn't make, then I made an appointment and showed up, they wanted $550 additional for tests they didn't inform me about, then I waited an hour for the Dr. who never showed up. Then I left without seeing anyone. I think I will just take my chances.
