Trying to get help over the telephone in this office is impossible. If you do get someone to talk to they do not follow thru. I was told 3 times in the last couple of days that I would get a call back and never did. I would discontinue care at this office if it weren’t for my doctor. Do not use the Instacare services at this facility. Rather than tell patients the truth, such as only one doctor is on staff, there are 11 people in front of us and the wait is 3+ hours - they told us it would be a 45-minutes. Be honest with us! Don’t mislead people to make money. We didn’t expect instant service but if we were told the truth my husband and I could have made a choice based on accurate information.
