This is the worst office I have ever had to deal with through granger medical. My husband got testing done and they were supposed to send a referral for him. It’s been over 2 MONTHS. Every time he calls he always has to leave a voicemail. Then the last they spoke to him they said they thought he was looking for a clinic…… but we were told they had to send a referral to even be seen by a clinic, so why would we be the ones looking for the clinic. I should’ve checked their website, all the other reviews are only 1 star. Never going to a Granger facility again. I know big threat, They seriously have no compassion. They sent me to collections even as I was making payments, just rude.
Trying to get help over the telephone in this office is impossible. If you do get someone to talk to they do not follow thru. I was told 3 times in the last couple of days that I would get a call back and never did. I would discontinue care at this office if it weren’t for my doctor. If you are considering a new dr care at this clinic, DONT…..
Do not use the Instacare services at this facility. Rather than tell patients the truth, such as only one doctor is on staff, there are 11 people in front of us and the wait is 3+ hours - they told us it would be a 45-minutes. Be honest with us! Don’t mislead people to make money. We didn’t expect instant service but if we were told the truth my husband and I could have made a choice based on accurate information.
