I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this office. I had scheduled an appointment for 9:30, as confirmed in my appointment confirmation, but upon arrival, I was informed that my appointment was at 9:00. The receptionist then offered a rescheduled time of 9:50, which I reluctantly accepted. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with Dr Natah Pursiful for about 2 weeks now, as I was referred to him by the ER. I left more than 4 messages for them to call me back, as the calls always go to their voice message, but they never return. Also, today when I tried to call them, the person at Granger Medical that transfers calls, purposefully hung up the phone about 5 times. I am not sure what's going on, but this is definitely not professional.

No matter what you do, find somewhere else to go! Waited for over an hour and a half to see the Doctor I had scheduled the appointment with while waiting in the empty waiting room I could hear the staff talking bad about their patients calling in. No other patient was in the office, they finally took me back and after another 15-20 minutes the PA walked in and basically asked why I was even there.
