Similar complaint as those have pointed out below. My doctor is great, but no one ever picks up the phone, and my doctor doesn't show up in the online portal to schedule an appointment. Makes one consider changing providers if you are unable to reach anyone!
Wonderful doctors and care team, but god forbid you EVER have to call their office for any reason. They have the longest recorded voice navigation tree I’ve ever experienced, it’s astounding. If they fixed the voice nav issue I would give them 5 stars.
Still on hold... The doctors I've seen at this location are great, but why can't I get anyone to pick up the phone to schedule an appointment? The Dr I was trying to book with didn't pull up on the app otherwise I'd book through there. This is ridiculous. "We appreciate you waiting during this brief delay" the automated message says... Not even an estimated wait time or what your placement in queue is.
The phone wait times are pretty bad. I was on for 38min until I hung up, called back, and then waited another 10minutes. Mind you, the recorded message is terrible. This location cannot do x-rays, so you’ll have to go to an independent clinic for that service. I understand not having MRI capabilities, but basic imaging seem to be standard for a family medicine clinic… To compound that, I had an xray ordered incorrectly 3 times due to vagueness resulting in me sitting at the other clinic for over an hour while a game of phone... read more
Great doctors and clinic. A star removed for the automated system. It's cruel to make us listen to that. Please change it.
