I grew up with sylvia morrin as my nurse practitioner. Disturbed thinking back on her practice and literally embarrassed my little brother during the appointment by pulling down his pants to his ankles while he was walking. Just leaving a review to say super unprofessional. I recently saw Dr. Pinky Kotwal for my annual checkup and was extremely impressed with the quality of her care. Her calm, compassionate approach and excellent bedside manner immediately stood out. She took more time with me than any physician I have seen before, carefully listening to my concerns and asking thoughtful questions. One star because the representative is the face of the office. And Glenda Williams the PCR is so rude that she can’t even repeat what she just said while she was talking super fast. She was not willing to help me from the start and was interrupting me a lot. She was the worst representative i have talk to. I encourage that she be trained and retrained on customer service urgent! PlEASE people stay away from granger medical while you still have the chance. They do not belong in the medical feild its all about money to them, and they do not care about you or your health you are just a number to them, not a person.
The ladies at the front desk are almost not helpful. Try to make an appointment on the phone if and when they answer you will be put on hold indefinitely. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes on my last appointment I had to leave as my time is just as important as theirs. considering moving on.
Dr. Grua has basically given me an incorrect medical record for all future providers to see. He has basically made me seem like I am healthy as a horse, I have nothing wrong with me, and I am just all in my own head. He told me, and I quote, 'This is a waste of time.' I had to explain to him, this is my body and my health, and something is wrong with me and I am NOT a waste of time. I STARTED GOING TO GMC ABOUT 1 1/2 YEARS AGO AND THE FIRST VIST I HAD WITH DR HENICH WAS NOT PLEAST HE STATED THAT "THE REASON MY BACK HURT WAS DUE TO MY WEIGHT" I FELT LIKE THAT HE WAS SAYING I WAS FAT. THERE IS A BETTER WAY TO TELL SOMEONE THAT THEY ARE OVER WEIGHT. BUT I DECIED TO GIVE HIM ANOTHER CHANCE. I was looking for a new primary care physician as mine left the profession. I got an appointment 5 months after I filled out the paperwork due to her long waiting list (unfortunately I have found this is the norm do to a lack of enough doctors to go around after many are mysteriously leaving the profession.) I have gone to Dr. Byrne for years now. Even though I have issues she is unable to fix, she still tries her best to come up with any kind of solution that can help me. Her personality alone makes me feel better when I go there she's great! Any of you giving her a one star review, might need to go seek a mental Dr., just sayin.
