Very experienced and attentive medical staff. The front office is seeming to be getting new staff and they have been great to work with!
This office will scam you out of every dollar they can get. I saw Dr. Layne Smith for my first pregnancy and decided to go back for routine visits and a second pregnancy and could not be more appalled with the billing department of this office and Dr. Smith's treatment of patients. There have countless discrepancies, overchargements, and lies. I was charged for an office visit that didn't even take place, asked to do tests beyond what was required. First impression 100% matter. The front desk lady that answered my phone call was very condescending and rude. So much so that I didn’t even want to make an appointment there anymore.
