Got the trash can I paid for and then they didn’t show up to get the trash the next week or the week after, and we finally get through to somebody on the phone and they tell us that because we live on a one way street they can’t pick up our trash and we should cross Oakland WHICH IS THREE BUSY LANES and put our trash on the other side of the street if we want service, also asked us if we wanted a refund and told us we would have to remove the trash from the trash bin to remove it for us How is this a sustainable business if ... read more

I had missed my pick up because I was out of town. David W responded to my email right away. David arranged for me to drop off my garbage at one of their sites at no additional charge to me. Top notch customer service. Thank you again.
