I am moving and just talked to a granger employee about this. I waited on hold for 20 minutes. I wanted to arrange last pick up and removal of container. The person I talked to was very rude. I tried explaining to her that I did have another container with a bag in it that I would gladly pay additional money for removal. She said that all trash needed to be removed before they can remove container. She would not have them remove the extra bag. We recently moved to the country and are still learning the ropes. One morning we forgot to place our garbage can close enough to the road — and Travis kindly moved it for us and still picked up our trash. That small act of kindness meant so much. It would have been easy to skip it, but he didn’t. We truly appreciate the extra effort and the care shown. Thank you, Travis, for serving our community so well! Carla P.

Driver claims they picked up my trash at 7ish but yeah at 1: 15 pm my can sits at the road side full
