Been a customer for years. Unfortunately they've gotten worse over the years. I pay all this money and they barely take what I put out (boxes) then leave a mess for me to clean up after coming home from a long 12 hour work shift. Better off with a new service provider
It's not worth a shit coming in the park at 4and wacking me up
Dumpster was delivered with a foot of water in the bottom. I called to let them know, Emily said she’d see if they could switch it out. 3 hours later… nothing. I am on a tight schedule, paid $211and change. Would not recommend or use this service again.
They say trash can was not at road 4 times. Did not pick up several times. Had to call to get back. Oh can't send driver back. Switched to waste management. Have not had a single problem since.
