Try calling customer service for billing issue. Wait time over 1 hour. I signed up for auto pay on my account. They sent me paid receipts. Now they stopped my service for non payment and trying to charge me late fees . I am so angry!!
3 weeks no trash pickup in Clarksville, Called Granger and the rude lady told me it was weather related, what a joke! I've had trash pickup for 25 years and never had a week missed until Granger took over for les's. Meanwhile the animals are feasting on everyone's Trash. SET YOUR EXPECTATIONS LOW AND YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!
They say they are a family company and when you call to ask question or try and get some help cause you need it cause you have a major medical problem come up and require major surgeries, they just say sorry that’s how it is and don’t try and work with you. I understand procedures and processes but where is the compassion?? When asked to speak to someone higher up they say they will pass it along and no one ever calls. Absolutely frustrated with this company right now. Our service was delayed due to the holiday. We were supposed to get picked up on Friday. No one came and still has not come to pick up. Almost our entire street has this company as well as the street across the road and all of us have our trash out and it keeps piling up.
