We purchases a truck from them, they promised to fixed the issues we received an “we owe you” they had the truck for over a month and a half. We drove the truck for less than a week and it I broke down with the same issues it went into the service department with. They are refusing to fix the issues and saying it was sold “as is”. Please stay far far away from this shady dealership and save yourself the hassle.
BUYER BEWARE!! Aggressive sales tactics. Couldn't pull up inventory online, requiring me to stop in. Then finally test drive a car, love it, only to find out there are $4500 of non-negotiable dealership fees ($1950 - reconditioning fee and 2500 for ding and interior rip/stain/extra theft protection). This is sneaky and WRONG! This made an advertised priced car of $23,602 total $31,668!!!!!! If I had known the cost of the car was actually 28k, I would not have wasted my time. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PRACTICE!

Buyers BEWARE My wife and I went to Granger looking for a pick up truck. We found a truck working with our sales agent and received the write up of the price. The summary of the costs contained a "reconditioning fee" of $999, and a fee for a coating for "acid rain." This fee was like $1200. Both fees were MANDATORY but not disclosed in their websites listing online.
