Great experience! I gave Jeff Sanchez some general parameters of what I was looking for and he had a truck on the lot that was perfect. I drove a couple, but bought the first one he suggested. They even stayed late so we could finish up that day saving me a long drive the next week.
The people at Granger are helpful, kind and professional.
In short, couldn't fix car, kept 3 weeks. Another bad diagnosis, charged for diagnosis. Diesel mechanic told us he could fix it, but then he actually told us to take to someone else. Other mechanic fixed in a couple of hours. Sent email to owner to be sure he knew of situation, he never responded. Don't count on service dept.
Warranty is worthless. Spent all that extra money for nothing. Never again.
Made an appointment, shared what the app was showing. Job was completed as planned with no issues.
