Tried to get estimates for a couple of different things 2 different times while in service. Never acknowledged
Took 2 hours for a oil change and a tire rotation, with a scheduled appointment and didn’t touch my truck for 30 min after I arrived
Great personal
Clint in the service department was amazing. He had great communication and went over all we needed. He was so personable and I knew he cared about our issues. I feel like he went above and behind to make sure we had our vehicle back in time for a trip we were taking. While the front receptionist lady leaves a little bit to be desired in polite service-Clint more than made up for it in his customer service.
I called all of Texas with no luck and the parts department flipped their warehouse upside down and cross referenced until they found what I needed to get off the side of the road. Thank you so much. Thank God for good people.
