My mother, can't get appointment with this surgery, she been trying 6 months, she been told to ring every day at 11am she always in a queue, then when it's her turn there's no appointments left. You can't even make appointments for few weeks time.

I hadn't been to see the GP in a good few years; I booked an appointment easily once I was set up on the NHS Patient Access app with the help of the receptionist. Appointment was in two weeks time, it wasn't urgent, so this suited me fine. I saw Doc Jessica Lloyd. She was extremely helpful, listened to what I had to say and followed up with me getting some tests. I felt like she genuinely cared, and this helped put my mind to rest. The doctors genuinely pay attention and care during appointments and always call back when needed. For the first time i feel like my medical history is known and considered when i'm at my appointments. Definitely a contrast from my previous surgery in London. The receptionists also hear you out as a client and have great customer service in my experience :)

One of the worst doctor surgeries I know it’s actually discusting short staffed and if u need an appointment it’s 3 weeks plus doesn't take peoples health serious at all. Go somewhere else
