Took my car there for body work. They told me they would be back in touch and I had no reply so dropped back in at a later date. Same thing again and again and again. They told me they were happy to do the job but after multiple efforts calling by and phoning up they would never got back. If you dont want to do the work then just say. Its very unfortunate because they seemed friendly when I was there.
Would leave a no stars if I could- worst experience I’ve had with a garage before! We dropped off a small VW caddy on Thursday 12th with an issue of some injectors and they called back with a price on Friday afternoon. I said I would have to think about it and get back to them. They called on Monday to say that the van was ready- obviously as we didn’t instruct them to do the work I was confused! They said there had been some missed communication between us but that they would fit the old injectors in, which I was fine with.... read more
The team did a fantastic job repairing my car after it sustained damage during an accident. They swiftly took my car away for repairs and provided me with a courtesy car in the meantime. My car came back to me in amazing condition. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.
