The worste ever
Very nasty piece of work (reception staff), no respect or duty of care!!
Can only echo the other reviews. The booking system is atrocious and as a disabled person with access needs especially difficult to use. The practice does not even communicate with the NHS Wales online system so you can't use alternative booking methods. Not everyone is able to male phone calls but everyone needs to see a doctor now and again so this desperately needs to be sorted. It's discriminatory and ableist.
Worst doctors worst receptionist ever
