Disgusting state of the doctors surgeries in Wales. Can't even get an appointment for my son. Blocking up A and E. Terrible service and system to get seen. Dangerous.
I was very disappointed with the treatment I received at this practice. During my first visit, I noticed the receptionist was polite and helpful towards some patients, but dismissive and rude towards others, particularly those who were Muslim or spoke with a non-British accent. He frequently huffed, raised his voice, and even repeated patients’ medical conditions loudly in front of others, which felt like a serious breach of confidentiality. Being told to call at 10:30 but somehow always missing every available appointment means that you can call before 10:30 and they’re just speaking absolute nonsense. I can’t wait to leave this GP. I may as well walk myself into AE if I want to be seen.
