Absolute shambles of a company. I took my Range Rover Sport to them for a service and to diagnose and repair a restricted performance error, last Wednesday. Initially they were meant to have the car for 2 days. I was called on the Wednesday afternoon and told the car needed thousands of pounds worth of work and would be needed for an extra day. Had my car for recall work didn’t want to provide a courtesy car even though they said they would need my car for a minimum of two days and I live over 45 minutes away.When they phoned to say the work had been completed they also said they had done a health check and my car apparently required new front pads and discs, the service light was on (it wasn’t when I left it, photo of dash to prove),front brake discs below min limit,drivers door not unlocking(it does)latch required and finally both side front lower wishbone bushes... read more
