A really excellent experience. I called in on the off chance looking for a fairly specific spec. It matched the manager’s own car! Without a thought keys were handed over and nearly an hour of guided test drive ensued. Sales team could not have been nicer. I felt very well looked after. Highly recommend this dealership.

Avoid their APPROVED USED cars (especially sorry if they came from GRANGE). The service is absolutely terrible. I constantly have to chase them, call, remind, and push just to get anything done. The car was sold to me in “APPROVED” condition, but it’s now clear they simply covered up the issues instead of fixing them and even that happened only because I insisted (e.g Rear light with water inside, strange knocking noise when idling (some plastic part under the engine). After deciding to upgrade my Evoque, I made an appointment with Joe to discuss my options. During these initial discussions, it was clear how knowledgeable he was about the specifications I required and the financial options available to me. I have been using Range Rover for past 7 years with a new model every 2 years, Although never bought a car from this dealership but every year my car is serviced here, my last service on 30th October i thought was a great experience, easy drop off , even asked if I needed a lift. Although I was late for pick up but they waited patiently for me and to see they even gave my car a clean was great. Thank you guys.
