July 2020 (delayed review) Gahanna//Blacklick, Ohio After denying the roof leak claim, the adjuster sent someone out to inspect the entire exterior of the house. There was not any known/suspected issues with the home. But, it was felt that an 'issue' was going to be found. Sure enough, an 'issue' was indeed found. Was this 'issue' found to cover-up the roof leak denial ? To make it look like there is a larger home problem ? Home and Auto were cancelled. The new insurer has not ever had an issue with the "adjusters' issue."
Nicole Murray was great to work with! Very friendly and thorough. She answered all of our questions and helped us with our roof after a snow storm.
Kyle H. Handled a wind damage claim for us and he was absolutely wonderful! Always sending us paperwork and estimate as soon as he receive them without us even asking. I would give him five stars. Charles I. Handled a Kitchen fire claim for us and was absolutely rude and would not show us any paperwork for estimates and told me that his word was my proof. The agent assigned to me was absolutely amazing. His level of professionalism and activeness to my individual concerns were heard and addressed accordingly. Our field adjuster Chris Parker offered and shared good advice, information, and much support along the entire process. Filing a claim for an unaccepted property hardship is very challenging and extremely overwhelming. However, Chris Parker provided all the essential help that was sincerely needed and appreciated.
Nat’e has been great to work with so far! She’s been nothing but helpful with all answers and communicative.
