I called this company for a quote and did not use them for insurance purposes when I arrive to my new home I found a bill in the mail for $50. Telling me I owe them for insurance premiums on an insurance policy I never had. I tried to reach out to them to get this resolved and no one will return my call. Update. Keep in mind if your insurance company is doing everything not to make a payment to the victim that victim can file a civil suit directly against you. Sorta makes the whole insurance thing pointless

DO NOT USE GRANGE for you home! They have been great for auto, but for homeowners, they are a complete SCAM! To Grange, you sent me an email asking me to review my claim process... My house was valued mid 400's, my policy covered $430k w/ 125% Recoverable depreciation. It's been over a year since the fire, still fighting with you because you're trying to say $320k + $50k Recoverable depreciation. Leaving it almost $200k short of what it costs to build!!!
