Very knowledgeable and helpful
Can't pick up phone or call back
Called agency to get a quote on homeowners insurance. Left a message for Yvette, no call back after 3 days. Called again, Yvette answered and I gave her my information to get a quote. Two weeks later and still no call back. So much for trying to business in my neighborhood. Update, Yvette did leave me a message. The agency is in transition and my information got lost in the shuffle. Just the wrong time I think, as others have had a great experience with this agency. Will try again next renewal.
