My husband and I had been with these folks for 17 years until December 3rd 2025 when I canceled both home and auto insurance. I am not sure what has happened over the years since new owners took over, the girls in the office are snotty and rude. Canceled my policy and they still took our payment out from our account and trying to recoup it back. Honestly, definitely unprofessional individuals abd as a business as a whole. Never had a problem when Kevin was operating.. but since these girls have taken over, its a joke. I would never reccommend them to anyone, unless these 2 girls are replaced.
Years ago this was a great place, Now NOT RECOMMENDED! Terrible experience. No stars if possible. Very non professional front desk, (wade) Lack of communication on company part, caused a huge withdrawal from my account after canceling it! 😞 rates are outrageous!
