I Was on the phone at 8.00 in the morning trying to get through for an appointment , my daughter had a burst eardrum and serious infection, we had been told that by the pharmacist and to see a dr, we had driven all the way to the doctors before the phone call got through, we were fortunate enough to be given an appointment later that day. We headed home until the appointment time, no sooner than arriving home, we received a message saying her appointment was cancelled because the doctor was ill!!! I've been registered with this practice since 2015, it wasn't brilliant but it was better than it is since NCGPA took over, the practice has gone downhill rapidly since the end of 2021. I have been trying to address a complaint/issues and medical record concerns with the practice for the last 3 years and factually inaccurate medical notes for the last almost a year (2 of the medical record concerns aren't GFMC's fault but they claimed they'd help me with them). Don't even bother trying to get an appointment now. You have a chest infection attempt to get antibiotics and get told to just ring 111 when closed because they cannot be bothered. God knows what the tax gets used on now. Wish I could leave 0 stars
