Apart from them miss selling of a car from this dealership, and in part was addressed that I continue Having issues with this dealership whereby they had undervalued my part exchange without me realising what they were up to when they upped the milage without me seeing what they did and they somehow placed my car into my company name which simply can’t be but they did it and that lead to the price drop but was told that’s the value of the part exchange which couldn’t have been the true value drop. I called AM grange mid May. Spoke to Ollie initially - all I can say from then on is- what an experience. All they care about is you, how comfortable your experience is buying an Aston Martin and looking after you. Both Ollie and Andy are a credit to Grange. Within 2 weeks they sold me my dream car and held my hand every step of the way. I would now go as far in saying that I’ve made 2 new friends in Andy and Ollie - that’s how much they valued you as the customer. Thanks again.

Bought my first AM from Grange, Hatfield this week and had an amazing experience thanks to Ollie, one of the salesman. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. He was always there to answer any questions or queries. On picking the car up, we also met Andrew, the manager, who I initially spoke to about the car. Again, he was very pleasant and went out of his way to make you feel valued. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this dealership. A very pleasant experience.
