We had some concerns about the seal on our granite countertops. We felt that the seal was wearing off. So we had Granex come out to take a look . The men that came were prompt, arriving when promised, and even called to give us a heads up that they would arrive in ten minutes. They listened to our concerns but showed us that the granite was indeed still sealed properly. They showed us that water was beading up on the surface and not being absorbed into the stone. On 8/12/22 , I had two Granex installers put in counter tops. David and Trenton, and they worked very well together and did an exceptional job. They were knowledgeable and very professional. To conclude, they cleaned up there mess and wiped down the counter tops and I would recommend these installers any day of the week.

Scheduled for Thursday - Cancelled, Rescheduled for Friday - Cancelled, Rescheduled for Wednesday of the next week - Cancelled 45 minutes before the install. Finally install done on Friday, and what a mess. Chunks missing from cutting, then filled in with filler that doesn't match the stone. Some places where no filler was even put. Called to speak with management but continually told they are "in a meeting" and will call when out. No call ever received.
